Camping
We stayed at a very high end campground. I only say that because our 32 foot camper was the smallest one there so we felt a little out of place. Talking with people at the campground, it was apparent that this was the perfect spot for fulltime RVers and snow birds. It was very close to the beach. The first night there, we went to the pool. Beaches My husband met a couple that were full time RVers and they suggested to visit a beach that you can drive on. It was not too far from our campground, so we gave it a try. If you feel comfortable driving on the beach, there are multiple spots where this is allowed. If not, there are also other public beaches where you can park and walk. The day we went was in the 70’s, just beautiful for us Wisconsinites! Besides one fisherman, we had the beach to ourselves! We had a fun day exploring the beach finding seashells and playing in the sand. This was the kids first time at an ocean. We had a beautiful day, sunny and breezy. I would suggest to apply sunscreen often. I did a great job at applying sunscreen on the kids every hour, but we neglected to take care of ourselves. Jess and I were completely burnt. We didn’t feel it or see it until later in the day when we were back at our camper. It made for a pretty painful next couple days and we went through A LOT of aloe! Other attractions
