 Riverbend RV Resort is a great campground with lots to do. We have stayed at this resort a couple times in the off-season. We like to go in May because this is a camping resort that is close to our house so it is perfect for the maiden voyage of our season. Unfortunately the weather doesn't always cooperate in May, but we make sure to prepare for the weather! The waterpark is not open in May and that is one of the big attractions to this campground. Wisconsin weather in May is unpredictable, there is still a chance of snow and cold, but luckily there is plenty of other activities to do here. Our kids enjoy miniature golf, fishing, catching big toads, kayaking in the pond (river is usually too high and fast at this time of year), riding their bikes around, and time with the family!

My name is Angie. I am a wife, mother, and physical education teacher. I enjoy spending time and traveling with my family. We love the outdoors! Our biggest interests include camping, hiking, exploring our State and National Parks, and gardening. We raise chickens and tend to a few honey bee hives! Although we don't live on a farm, we try to embrace the idea of growing and raising our own food sources as much as we can.
