Camping
This is another one of our favorite places in Wisconsin to camp. There is a lot to do in this small park. The campground is on a small and narrow 3 mile lake called Lake Wazeecha. If you get lucky you can book a campsite with water access. You can leave your boat at your own personal beach. The sites are wooded and spacious too! Water Activities If you're not lucky enough to get a campsite on the lake, there are big red sanded beaches on both sides of the lake to enjoy some fun in the sun. There is also a very nice boat launch, and the kids love catching crayfish and fishing from the pier. We really enjoy to bring the kayaks and get out before the speed boats. There is a secluded little channel that you can access from the lake. It loops around back to the lake, but its a fun little spot to kayak. Friends of ours always bring their speed boats and jet skis. The kids enjoy tubing and jet skiing, I think the adults enjoy it too! Hiking and Biking and Other Activities There is a very nicely, well maintained, paved 4 mile path around the lake. It is great for walking or biking. If you need motivation for younger kids, along the path, there is a playground at each end. Also, there is a little ice cream and mini golf spot along the path as well. On the opposite side of the lake, there is a Frisbee Golf Course too!

My name is Angie. I am a wife, mother, and physical education teacher. I enjoy spending time and traveling with my family. We love the outdoors! Our biggest interests include camping, hiking, exploring our State and National Parks, and gardening. We raise chickens and tend to a few honey bee hives! Although we don't live on a farm, we try to embrace the idea of growing and raising our own food sources as much as we can. We are instilling in our children a love and respect for nature and adventure! I hope you enjoy reading about some of our adventures and I hope you get a chance to explore with your families as well!
