 New Glarus Woods State Park is a very small park in New Glarus Wisconsin. Jess and I tent camped here many years ago. This weekend we just visited for a hike. The kids found the one geocache in the park and they loved the playground, that was probably the highlight. Not much to see but woods. This is a nice spot to stay if you wanted to visit the brewery or the cute little town of New Glarus. If you are coming for hiking the park doesn't have a ton to offer. The Sugar River Trail is a nice paved bike path through town and the State Park if biking is your thing.

My name is Angie. I am a wife, mother, and physical education teacher. I enjoy spending time and traveling with my family. We love the outdoors! Our biggest interests include camping, hiking, exploring our State and National Parks, and gardening. We raise chickens and tend to a few honey bee hives!
